Bio

As the owner of an adaptive leadership development and advisory firm, Lauren works with global and US-based businesses and professionals. Lauren’s clients in tech, nonprofits and financial services view her as the activator of ease as she provides coaching, facilitation, training and strategic advice to allow their authentic expression of leadership to emerge.

A lifelong learner, Lauren is devoted to absorbing mastering new methodologies and technologies and custom building strategies based on each clients nuances and preferences. She is committed to creating a ripple effect of positive change and is a a champion of women and small business owners and a volunteer for community nonprofits.

In addition to ICF PCC certification, Lauren holds the following certifications: Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner, MBTI Certified Practitioner, Resentment Release Master Practitioner, DEI in the Workplace, and Psychological Safety in Teams.
