Bio

Lindsey Pearson is the Founder of Do You Mind{Fully}?, a corporate wellness company offering Mindfulness, Yoga, and custom programs for healthy workplaces. Utilizing "Ancient Tools for Modern Challenges" (tm), Lindsey aims to reduce stress, increase joy and cultivate more engagement for CEOs and their teams. She has worked with clients such as Deutsch Advertising, Nordea Bank, and Blue Apron, as well as hedge fund managers, busy parents, and teenagers.

Lindsey is RYT 200Hr Certified, is a yoga4cancer trained teacher, and is a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator from Mindful Leader. Lindsey is the author of the 2021 self-care workbook, "Distraction Detox" and has contributed to numerous articles on the topics of wellness and meditation.

  • I came across Lindsey's mindfulness intro course for businesses when looking for an interesting way to introduce something new and helpful to my organization. Everyone loved the session and some employees even took it one step further and started to implement mindfulness at work, practicing meditation a few times a week. One employee recently told me that it is really helping him deal with stress and anxiety. On a personal level I decided to enroll into Lindsey's 8 week course and I must say that it is AMAZING. It has completely changed the way I approach different situations and I try to practice meditation daily.   • Lindsey Pearson gave an online seminar today in my University. Her energy is so great and during the seminar I learned a lot. During the seminar itself there was a quick meditation were I realised my surroundings and how my brain didn't pay attention to them before. She also integrated the audience and asked questions during the seminar which made it far from boring. She used scientific evidence and statistics to back up what she was saying.
