Lindsey Pearson is the founder of Do You Mind{Fully}?, a corporate wellness company. At DYM, we believe that investing in employee well-being amplifies results in thriving companies.

Utilizing Mindfulness, Yoga and other time-tested modalities, our aim is to reduce stress and increase resilience in clients’ lives. The approach is evidence-based and relatable, with a heavy dose of humor.

Lindsey is a Certified Mindfulness Facilitator from Mindful Leader and a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction Teacher (MBSR). She is also RYT 200 Certified from Kripalu Yoga and a yoga4cancer trained teacher.

Lindsey is the author of the Distraction Detox: A Self-Care Workbook.

Mindfulness 101 at Work

Everyone knows the word but what IS Mindfulness and why does it matter? In this workshop, employees will learn how Mindfulness can improve concentration, productivity, and resilience, while reducing bias, burnout and turnover.

Working (Well) from Home

Our C-19 addition, "Working (Well) From Home" is 90-minute presentation that highlights healthier habits and simple stress reduction techniques for employees working from home.
Employees will learn:
-How posture and breath impact their overall wellness
-Ways to connect during isolating times
-Simple tools to manage daily stressors

Women By Design, Empowerment Conference

Created as a platform where women can come together to inspire, motivate and support one another to live life at their highest possible potential, the "Women, By Design Empowerment Conference" provides them an opportunity to network, build and take steps toward designing the life they envision.

The conference included meditation, an interactive vision board experience and an empowering panel discussion with millennium women leading in the fields public relations, media, non-profit, entertainment, and finance.

The Compassionate Workplace

Machiavelli was wrong: Successful teams foster warmth and trust, not fear. Compassion is one of the most transformative soft skills of Mindfulness, building challenge resilience while also improving workplace dynamics.
Yet, there is a pervasive belief we'll "lose our edge" if we let our foot off the gas or that we can shame ourselves into better work product.
This course shifts that mindset by sharing current data on behavioral modification, writing exercises, and thought-reframing.

I came across Lindsey's mindfulness intro course for businesses when looking for an interesting way to introduce something new and helpful to my organization. Everyone loved the session and some employees even took it one step further and started to implement mindfulness at work, practicing meditation a few times a week. One employee recently told me that it is really helping him deal with stress and anxiety. On a personal level I decided to enroll into Lindsey's 8 week course and I must say that it is AMAZING. It has completely changed the way I approach different situations and I try to practice meditation daily.
