Lisa is an international professional, seasoned marketing and sales executive, business owner, integrative management consultant, trainer, and gifted speaker based in Ontario, Canada.

With a deep interest in human health and wellness, Lisa embarked on a career path in the highly complex industry of corporate healthcare. Her natural energy for relationships and leadership quickly resulted in increasing responsibility in sales, marketing and operational positions, while she led highly successful teams across the country.

The success of those experiences brought her to new areas of interest, and catalyzed a decision to explore, invest and eventually excel in personal leadership development. Along the way, Lisa wrote her first book, delivered a TEDx talk and interviewed dozens of innovative leaders around the globe. Gaining even more insight into human nature, her energy and efforts focused on how to apply our innately, unique talents toward creating success, while living a fulfilling life.

She gained experience in non-corporate environments, broadened her business experience, and deepened her transformative wisdom. A change of lifestyle brought her literally closer to nature and travelling significant parts of the year. An early adopter of the digital, online way of working, Lisa has been able to stretch her flexibility as a business owner.

Lisa is co-developer of Soul Sales, an application of the world class assessment methodology Soul Language. Soul Sales is widely applicable in any organization and working with Lisa brings the essence of any stakeholder relationship into awareness.

Her drive, realism and broad and deep experience makes her a first-class management consultant that leads implementation solutions (soul-lutions) that are both innovative and transformative.

Lisa’s integrative and holistic approach, together with her professionalism, natural high energy, and focus, assures organizations build sustainable solutions, particularly in the areas of strategic implementation, sales, marketing, operations, and organizational planning. She is active in several partnerships and networks around the globe and can work with any type of team, and size of organization, across various industries.

Diverse perspectives and a unique approach are supported by 15 years in corporate sales, marketing, and strategic planning at a top Fortune 100 company, an additional 8 years guiding business growth for owners and entrepreneurs, and 3 years as Chair of a non-profit leadership development organization. An intense, personal training in transformational leadership and social-emotional intelligence further influence Lisa's strategic methods and facilitation style.
