"Get Unstuck..." is part facilitation, part interactive experience, and part improv. Through tears of laughter, we take a look at why life mostly sucks when mistrust and petty differences squeeze the goodness out of people. Then we create another way to relate to one another that literally frees people up, connects them to their power and dramatically changes everything and everyone around you. Learning Objectives: • Learn the universal truth about why drama exists and how to create an alternative mindset based in Integrity, Contribution and Personal Responsibility • Identify the drama triggers in your life/team • Experience how drama impacts both the building and destroying trust • Experience how the power of your intention can change everything • Practice real world conversations that open up possibilities, rather than shut them down • Arrive on Monday morning equipped to have at least 3 conversations to make the Drama-free life and workplace a reality.

Feedback is frequently a terrifying word to most people. But creating a culture that values feedback and creates a continuously learning and growing community ties directly to the bottom line. The purpose of this experiential practicum is to create a 360° shift in the framing of feedback to help participants move from resisting feedback to welcoming and embracing it, even craving it. • Understand the power of a leader’s intention, behavior and impact towards creating a feedback culture. • Understand that everyone, at every level of the organization, whether they manage others or not, is a leader. Therefore, the expectation and value of delivering feedback in all directions is understood by everyone in the organization. • Practice emotionally intelligent skills required to engage and leverage the value of effective feedback. • Create a cultural shift through the application of the Contribution Mindset—choosing to give and receive as a contribution to the relation

Join me in breaking down the rigid barriers between what you think of as “serious work time” and “play.” My practicum involves improv, role play, and experiential activities to get you reconnected to your imagination and possibility. • Identify mindsets and personality preferences that help and hinder creativity and innovation • Learn how our resistance to change can be overcome • Reduce aversion to risk and failure on behalf of discovering greater possibilities and more sustainable solutions • Experience the distinction between problem solving mode (altering the existing conditions from past-based data) and the discovery mode (creating a future from a field of possibilities) • Experience and practice 3 reliable techniques for “thinking beyond normal”: o Perspective shifting o Over-exaggeration o Rapid Fail • Experience how laughter not only heals but also assists in releasing our attachment to short term success
