About
I speak about menopause in the workplace because it is one of the most significant workforce conversations that organizations are only just beginning to understand. Millions of experienced professionals are navigating perimenopause and menopause while continuing to lead teams, manage complex work, and contribute at a high level. Yet many organizations still lack the awareness and language to support them. My goal is not to make menopause a medical conversation at work. It is to help leaders understand the human and organizational impact of midlife transitions so they can respond with clarity, empathy, and practical support. In my talks, I combine leadership insight, coaching experience, and research-informed perspectives to help audiences understand what is happening and why it matters. I focus on real workplace implications: engagement, confidence, retention, leadership pipelines, and the experience of employees who may quietly feel like they are struggling alone. Audiences appreciate that I approach this topic with honesty, warmth, and respect. My goal is always to open the conversation in a way that feels constructive and empowering, leaving leaders and organizations better equipped to support their people and strengthen their culture.
