First responders are dying faster to suicide than in the line duty deaths. Being a Paramedic myself and growing up with parents as first responders I have a special place in my heart for this field. I allow for vulnerability on my podcast with Mindbase, a proactive approach to first responders mental health and teach how to become vulnerable in attempt to decrease our suicide numbers.
