Restorative Grief: Embracing our losses without losing ourselves

This keynote is an overview of the cyclical nature of grief, presented within the Restorative Grief framework as described in my book. Participants will walk away with at least one (likely more) specific techniques for mental wellness support through loss and lasting grief, while also learning language to empathetically dismantle the misconception of a linear grief journey.

Telling Our Grief Stories

This keynote is designed to equip the audience with confidence and specific steps to uncover, develop, and present their own story of loss without minimizing or dismissing the details on behalf of others. Participants will be emboldened in their self-awareness, efficacy, and growth mindset toward healing through lasting loss.

Parents Are Grieving, Too.

This keynote is for parents to identify ambiguous and disenfranchised grief in their life, equipping them to find and create support for their healing while navigating the daily obligations of life as a parent. Participants will be able to identify areas where grief may be influencing their actions and decisions in parenting, as well as gain techniques and confidence to address their own needs without sacrificing their dedication to parenting.

Testimonials (2)
  • I would say that Mandy gives us a "peek behind the curtain" of grief, but in truth, she rips the weighted fabric down completely. She boldly walks into places society has hidden away, holding space for us to explore our own truths in our own way. Mandy's work makes the perfect companion in grief. Her raw vulnerability provides us a roadmap on how to be introspective, honest, and gracious with ourselves.
Jessica Murrey, CEO of Wicked Saints Studios
  • Mandy's open approach to the topic of grief and how to move through it with grace and confidence is refreshing, at times funny, and always incredibly sincere. Too often there is a willingness to ignore grief or shove it aside and suffer through silently; I'm here to tell you, there is a better way. With tools, personal examples, and always with your well-being at the center of it all, Mandy provides space and language to embrace grief in a way that feels productive and authentic.
