Marilyn Suttle is an international keynote speaker wowing audiences from global leadership teams to front-line staff on Customer Service, Employee Engagement, and Relationship Strengthening Communication.

Marilyn is a Certified Virtual Presenter, She’s passionate about empowering leaders and engaging staff with experiential activities and perspective-shifting insights.

She’s CEO of Suttle Enterprises LLC - a training firm through which she has presented programs for over 20 years, and she was handpicked from over 150 of North America’s top authors, speakers and trainers to feature custom training on BTE’s online dashboard. She's also coauthored two bestselling books, Who's Your Gladys? and Taming Gladys: The Busy Leaders Guide to Creating Fierce Customer Loyalty.
