Personal Reflections
Though we pretend otherwise, work and life are not so separable. Who I am as a leader, strategist and speaker is informed by who I am as a woman, mother and hobbyist. Personal hardships and, less frequently, victories, provide the impetus for reflection on who we are and who we want to be. The best leaders bring all of that — all of themselves — to the table.
