As a strategic advisor to numerous leadership teams, I have worked with senior leaders to find gaps in the people management programs and bring insightful plans to close the gaps and deliver bottom line results to Canadian, North American, and Global businesses.
I have developed a pragmatic Organizational Development / Effectiveness approach to ensure structure, leadership , organizational capabilities, and talent management platform align to deliver on strategy. From an engagement perspective, I have worked with many organizations to deploy Listening Programs to better understand the employee experience and develop meaningful actions that drive engagement / business priorities. From a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion perspective, I supported the development of DEI Steering Committees and Affinity Groups to advance the advocation, education and celebration of our diversity. From a leadership development perspective, I have developed foundational leadership programs and bespoke leadership development including personality assessments and 360 Feedback assessments to build a diverse leadership pipeline. From an Organizational Change Management Perspective, I have extensive experience in supporting the introduction of technologies, mergers and acquisitions using Prosci , Kotter and Bridges. Most recently, I worked on the disruption of Covid 19 on the strategy for a global multinational. I am most proud of my work with Arcadis Canada which involved the integration of three disparate acquisitions to form one people platform and return to profitability and stability.
To complete my experience, I have built people platforms from agile-entrepreneurial start-up environments as well as integrating Canadian subsidiaries of global organizations such as Arcadis and Thermo Fisher Scientific. With broad based experience, I have built people systems such as: Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management Total Rewards including Benefit / RRSP design and Progression / Succession planning. Once the Talent / People Management process & policies are set up, I have configured and automated those workflows using Deltek Talent Management – Oracle HCM.
