Bio

Nothing is more exciting than to watch individuals develop and grow. Early in my business career I realized that it is a privilege as well as a responsibility to coach and help develop people to success. To help make an impact, one person at a time, one group, or one business at a time, can affect so many lives and so many dreams. To have the ability to help others realize more potential and to push them to higher limits beyond even their wildest dreams and expectations is the most fulfilling experience a leader can have. This love is why I wake up each day excited, focused and in awareness that I may find and help that next person, team, or business.

My Mission Statement: To pay it forward by elevating leadership development one person, one team and one organization at a time.

"Leaders are individuals that choose to be coachable and are hungry to learn and develop. Servant leaders advance because they believe humility is a strength, not a weakness, which allows them to understand they can learn from everyone, and they do. Great leaders build everything on a solid foundation of values and principles and their reward is the success and growth of those they lead. Great leaders pay it forward."

Early in my career I had the privilege of employing several single mothers. This was not a strategy as it grew organically as one single mother would refer another. Each had the “I cannot fail attitude” and they would ask about extra items they could study and would seek out my coaching. Our location, which was part of a worldwide franchise operation won the most outstanding location from over 260 worldwide at that time. Their success truly drove my success and was a clear example that the more I focused on their success, the more mine grew naturally. It helped my see servant leadership in action, as the best way to build long term success. From that point on, I have worked to pay it forward in working with women leaders or those aspiring to be leaders for them to grow, develop and contribute.

A Script For Aspiring Women Leaders: 5 Keys To Success

Women, let’s face it, you are awesome, and you have unique gifts and skills that define you as a leader. Yet the current society and organizations show a shortage of women leaders with the numbers declining the higher up the leadership ladder. This needs to change for the sake of each organization's long-term success. Statistics demonstrate that organizations that build a diverse leadership team are 16% more likely to succeed against others in their industry. Women provide balance to strategy, planning, and decision-making that move organizations to the next level.

In a Script For Aspiring Women: 5 Keys To Success you will discover the foundation for success. You will become unstoppable.

Empowering Women Leadership? The Growing Revolution Of Success.

With the scarcity of women in leadership, decisions lack the balance that includes logic, common sense, and emotion that drives culture and execution of strategic plans to their fullest potential. As a result, the revolution of women in leadership is a growing dynamic. Smart and successful companies large and small are now seeking ways to expand their diversity with outstanding and brilliant women leaders. They see capabilities before they see gender and reward accordingly. The keys lie in nurturing aspiring women leaders to prepare themselves to take advantage of the growing need as well as showing companies of tomorrow how to set themselves up for dominance by building a diverse workforce including the leadership team led with stability and confidence that women leaders bring.

Gain the Strategic Advantage in Your Industry: Continue to Grow New Leaders Through Innovation.

Many organizations struggle in understanding and gaining the strategic advantage in their industry. Most organizations may have a misconception on what is a strategic advantage, how to identify and how to build and stay ahead to build a long term growing and sustainable business. Setting a vision that is not constantly communicated will create an environment of confused employees with a lack of purpose who come each day to a job and not a career. Companies that lack a career lattice advancement and a culture of helping people achieve their dreams within or outside the organization may actually lack a long-term vision of success and has established a status quo environment that lacks innovation.

Planning again with no results? The keys to turning ideas into profit.

The key to success in building a business and driving long-term success is planning. However many businesses constantly plan, yet they miss the mark on achieving success. Is your business in a constant cycle of long planning sessions each year with a lack of results? Do the plans change constantly with the next great ideas? Does your Executive Team, Leadership Team and all other employees buy-in and understand the vision and mission that will drive your organization to ultimate success? Many businesses fail where others succeed when the goal appears to be the same. Without a clear understanding of how to identify the pitfalls that circumvent achievement, you may be planning again with no results.
