Designed to increase individuals' ability to promote self-awareness, engage introspection, extract meaning from adverse experiences, employ healthy coping strategies during crisis situations, integrate trauma, grief, and loss as a natural and inescapable part of the life cycle, and apply new knowledge and skills to help transcend adversity and build resilience.
