This presentation lays the groundwork for employees managing their mental health at work and home. We also review how to care for friends and family, as well as how mental health struggles show up at work. The audience leaves with actionable steps that they can do right away to start working on their mental health.

Trauma is a scary word - we build a better understanding of first what it is, second how to notice it, and third and to heal it. Finally, we create space for the organization to become trauma-informed in how they engage with their employees.

There is quite a bit of animosity that can appear between generations at work because they "do things differently". I like to challenge these companies to flip the script and see each generation as bringing skills and strengths to the table that the other generations may not have.
