Michael Kutcher

Growing up with a disability, Michael candidly discusses his unique challenges and how he came to terms with societal views, ultimately accepting these differences (diffabilities) as gifts not curses. He walks audiences through the need to accept others for the abilities and demonstrates how people with disability can lead successful lives. A perfect message for HR, DE&I and leadership events.
