Monica is an award winning International Speaker, Author of the Best Selling Book "Overcoming Awkward, the Introvert's Guide to Networking, Marketing and Sales," and host of the "Juggling without Balls" Podcast.

During the course of her career she transformed from a shy, introverted, new mortgage professional terrified of conflict, to a master relationship builder who easily navigates conflict and enjoys teaching others to do the same.

She has been featured as "Social Impact Author" by Authority magazine and her articles has been featured in publications such as the Journal of Sales Transformation and featured on Fox 5 Vegas, CTV News Live and BBC Radio.
