Attorney Naomi E Soldon is a partner at Soldon McCoy and started practicing labor and employment law upon graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1990.
Naomi has extensive trial and appellate court experience. She was admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Michigan and the State Bar of Wisconsin.
Naomi has extensive experience in health and pension fund disputes. As the third-party representative for labor-management trusts, she frequently obtains reimbursement of large claims. Naomi also drafts plan documents and summary plan descriptions, reviews documents for compliance with ever changing laws and regulations, and is often in court handling a wide range of complex ERISA litigation.
Naomi has over 20 years of experience in labor law. She regularly handles arbitrations and suits in courts nationwide, and has advised union officers on general labor law matters.
