Ignite Your Influence

The keys to communicating with confidence and credibility so that you’re a champion influencer in business and life.

Changed work environments mean many of us are caught in an endless cycle of virtual meetings. Leaders and teams are crumbling under the extra time and effort that entails.

Now, more than ever, you need outstanding skills as a credible and influential communicator.

Poor communication is crippling organisations and hindering careers. Across every sector, shrinking confidence is holding people back from performing at their best in video calls and meetings.

What if you could ignite your influence at this challenging time?

Ignite Your Influence is perfect for audiences who want to increase their influence and success, and businesses and organisations requiring inspired and confident staff. It can be delivered in-person, virtually or in a hybrid environment and can be tailored to any length between 30 and 120 minutes.

Be extraordinary, once choice at a time

How to take more action, break through obstacles and achieve beyond expectations.

Long before COVID-19, each of us faced different kinds of disruptions. For Neryl East and her husband, Mike, that involved a life-altering motorbike accident.

Rather than accepting a bleak “new normal”, they went from their darkest night to an incredible triumph – all through small, moment-by-moment choices.

In this joyful, compelling and invigorating presentation, they share how setting a “giggly goal” changed the course of their lives – and how you can take a similar approach to transform your business, relationships and life.

After hearing Mike and Neryl’s story you’ll realise you can, at any time, disrupt your own life and create the extraordinary.

This presentation can be delivered in-person, virtually or in a hybrid environment and can be tailored to any length between 30 and 120 minutes.

The keys to firing up your team

How to unleash the power of your staff as reputation ambassadors for your business.

In our reputation-driven world, people are making snap judgements about your business based on what others (even strangers) tell them. Often, those third-party comments carry more weight than anything the organisation actually does.

On top of that, research shows your staff have more credibility than the CEO when they talk about your organisation. The question is, do you know what they’re saying?

Everyone in your team has a new and pivotal role to play, regardless of their role. Whether they know it or not, they’re your organisation’s secret reputation weapon.

This presentation shifts thinking as leaders and team members gain a new perspective on the critical importance of clear communication in your business.

This is perfect for leaders and team members who want to communicate effectively and build a stand-out organisation.

Leading in the spotlight

How to be a leader who commands attention through outstanding communication in a global crisis.

Much of your communication is now recorded or broadcast online, exposing you to an extreme level of reputation risk you’ve never experienced before.

Your performance is judged by a global audience and any mis-step has the potential to spark a social media frenzy.

Leaders must adapt to this ever-shifting environment, even if they didn’t begin their career in the digital age.

What does it take to be a leader in a spotlight of such intensity? You must be an astute, credible and strategic communicator, able to persuade and influence while remaining authentic – and always respecting the critical contribution of your team at this challenging time in history.

Neryl East brings her own extensive experience in the media spotlight to this vibrant and insightful presentation.
