Happiness is a funciton of expectation and as a founder, you need to set that expectation... How? Are you sure you want to invest your soul in THIS challenge? Whas can you expect? How do you prepare yourself? How do you prepare those around you?

Before you ever become a parent you better start surveying parents you admire and taking note of those you don't. Showing up is a big part of that battle but that is just the start... You need a plan... Not who your son/daughter will be but how will you give them the tools to manage their development so THEY can figure it out and persevere through the trials and tribulations of life. Leave them with a compass!
