Nicholas (Nick) Jiles is the founder of 180 Leadership Coaching. He specializes in Leadership and Management training, in the areas of leadership styles, communication, employee feedback methods, training, and coaching. With over thirteen years of experience as a facilitator, coach, and speaker, Nick Jiles is an expert at helping people find their strengths and maximizing them.
Before pursuing a career in leadership training, Nick Jiles served in the Air Force for 21 years. During his time there, he served as an instructor in some capacity, from training pilots in search, evasion, rescue, and escape (SERE), to training officer and enlisted trainees in military doctrine. Nick has thousands of hours in the training environment with the majority set in leadership instruction. After hanging up his campaign hat, he was selected to help top leaders enhance their leadership capabilities through training sessions, assessments, exercises, and evaluations.
After retiring from the Air Force, Nick Jiles set to begin the next phase of his life. He was indeed successful in his pursuit. Today, he is a successful and highly sought-after leadership coach, speaker, and trainer who helps people overcome barriers to success. The skills and practices he has learned from his time with the Air Force came in handy for this next endeavor with 20+ years of face-to-face experience, over 15,000 personnel trained, hundreds of teams equipped with new knowledge, and leaders and managers advised through complex situations. His considerable experience includes the training of diverse groups of people from all ages and walks of life. He has helped organizations such a Catalyst and has spoken on the Leadership Experience Tour in Troy, MI.

Aside from training, he is also a certified DISC trainer and Emotional Intelligence trainer which can help companies, business owners and individuals identify their blind spots, current communication style, and personalities.
