About
speak about entrepreneurship, teams, happiness at work, and women in business, always grounded in real experience and practical application. I have worked with a wide range of organisations, from fast-growing startups to established global companies, supporting teams through events, workshops, and facilitated sessions. One thing has stood out across all of this work. When people feel connected, valued, and motivated, teams work better and organisations perform more sustainably. So far, I have worked with more than 300 companies and engaged over 50,000 people, both in person and online. This experience has shaped how I understand teams in real conditions, how culture affects outcomes, and how human connection influences productivity and creativity. As an entrepreneur, I built my business from scratch. My work is closely connected to what it actually takes to start, grow, and sustain something over time, especially in challenging environments. I speak openly about entrepreneurship, self-growth, and resilience, with a focus on the realities women face in business today. Happiness and human connection are central to my work, not as abstract ideas, but as practical drivers of engagement and performance. I am a certified Laughter Yoga Coach and a certified Happiness Coach, trained through different institutes. These frameworks inform my work, but what I share comes from applying them in real team and organisational settings. In my talks, I explore how teams can build healthier ways of working, how women can create businesses aligned with their strengths, and why happiness at work is not a soft idea but something that directly impacts results. My sessions combine lived experience, practical tools, and examples that people can relate to and use. If you are looking for a speaker on entrepreneurship, team culture, happiness at work, or women in business, I would be happy to connect.
My Story as an Expat Woman Entrepreneur
Building a business as an expat woman isn’t just about work. It’s personal in ways you don’t expect. In this session, I share what it was really like to start a business in a new country, without a network, familiar systems, or a clear plan. I talk honestly about the uncertainty at the beginning, the fear of getting things wrong, and the pressure of figuring everything out while adjusting to a completely new environment. This talk is about learning to build confidence when you don’t quite feel like you belong yet, and trusting your skills even when no one around you knows your background. It’s about the small, everyday decisions that build resilience, not big turning points or quick wins. I also reflect on self-doubt, learning to ask for help, and continuing even when progress feels slow or invisible. At the same time, I share what this experience taught me about growth, identity, and persistence. Building a business as an expat pushed me to find my own way of working. I had to stay grounded, build community, and create something sustainable instead of burning out. These lessons have shaped not just my business, but how I work with people today. This is an honest account of entrepreneurship beyond the usual success stories. It is about navigating change, building resilience, and growing into yourself along the way. Key themes: Women entrepreneurship, expat experience, resilience, self-belief, self-growth Best for: International Women’s Day events, women in business programs, entrepreneurship and founder communities
Finding Flow at Work: Increasing Team Engagement and Retention
Flow is the state where you are fully focused on what you’re doing. You lose track of time, the work feels meaningful, and effort comes more naturally. In this session, we explore how teams can create the conditions for more of these moments at work, and why that matters for engagement, motivation, and retention. When people experience flow regularly, they feel more connected to what they do. There is a stronger sense of purpose and ownership, which makes it easier to stay committed to the team and the organisation. Based on my experience working with teams and facilitating group environments, I share practical ways to design work, meetings, and collaboration so they support focus and sustained energy. The session also looks at how individual experience connects with team dynamics, and how flow can improve both personal performance and overall results. Key themes: Flow at work, team engagement, retention, happiness, focus, productivity Best for: Team engagement initiatives, employee retention programs, people and culture events
Build a Business From Your Skill Set: Turning Experience Into a Viable Business
Many people want to start a business but struggle to see how their existing skills can turn into something real and viable. This session focuses on helping people identify their strengths, experience, and knowledge, and shape them into a clear business idea or offering. It is practical and grounded in real experience, not theory or hype. The focus is on clarity, positioning, and early decisions, so people can build something sustainable without copying others or overcomplicating the process. Key themes: Entrepreneurship, skill-based business, starting a business, clarity, sustainability Best for: Aspiring entrepreneurs, innovation programs, career development initiatives, internal startup and founder communities
