I’m a culturally-driven millennial of color, spoken-word artist, and motivational speaker with 5 years of experience in higher education administration. My goal is to use creative workshops, keynotes, and spoken word performances to help students, particularly students of color, successfully navigate their college experiences.
As a first-generation college student of color who grew up in a rough environment and experienced extreme culture shock my first-year, my content has an irrevocable value that no degree or accolade can validate and a lot of students can connect with. By incorporating fiery spoken word performances in my workshops and keynotes, students are able to engage in the message of values in a creative and captivating way.
After partnering with over 10 colleges, universities, and community-based organizations and presenting at a number of conferences, everyone I’ve worked with empathically attests to the high level of engagement, authenticity, and results that students experience with my workshops, keynotes, and performances.
