She has consulted at several non-profit organizations and has led an impressive career with the United States Customs & Border Protection Services (CBP) as an Instructional Designer & Educator, designing and developing government mandated curriculum, online education and instructor-led courses, which are completed by over 65,000 people yearly. Through her commitment to this role, she has helped CBP improve client relations, communications and training across the world. Prior to her role at CBP, Pamela worked at he Association for Training & Development (ATD), helping Fortune 500 company executives improve training in their organizations.
Although her career thrived, Pamela was not truly fulfilling her life's purpose. She mastered living a little, playing the game of looking good, riding good, making good money, but still playing small. Her journey was filled with bad choices, heartache, financial disappointments, trauma, abuse and years spent waiting for others to save her, while living in the shadows of the stories she’d been telling herself. One day she realized she had to stop! Stop the feelings of unworthiness, fear, being in her own head, making the same bad choices, accepting less than and living in the past.
Through self-discovery, Pamela’s superpower became helping people see themselves. Helping them see past the stories they tell themselves and anyone who would listen. She started Pamela Sharpe Coaching & Consulting to help others move past old self-defeating, self-deprecating, and self-limiting beliefs into love, clarity, spiritual awakening, confidence, courage and success in their business and personal lives.
Pamela earned a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from The Catholic University of America and a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology from George Mason University. She is a proud mother of three adult children.
