Life Coaching
LIFE COACHING is focused one-on-one coaching tailored specifically on the clients most important goals, interests, challenges and needs. Coaching follows a standard process but customized to each individual client. Because the coach is working one-on-one with the client, personal coaching sessions are much more focused and tailored for each client when compared to group coaching sessions with multiple clients. The Coaching Process The process begins by clarifying what the client is looking for from coaching. This may involve using assessments, asking questions and helping the client get in touch with what they really want and identify specific goals, objectives and priorities.
Hypnotherapy
With hypnosis, we can actually re-wire the response that the subconscious mind has to the sight, smell or thought about alcohol—forcing the mind to trigger an entirely new feeling. When the client is exposed to any of the triggers, her brain doesn’t automatically respond in the old way because it feels stronger and healthier. The very thing that used to cause cravings and relapse now actually reinforces the commitment to not drink or use.
Reiki
Prospective clients often ask, “What is Reiki?” That’s a hard question, because the answer is both very simple and very complex. Sometimes translated as “Universal Life Force,” Reiki is Unconditional Love transmitted through the hands and heart of the practitioner to the person being healed, which sounds (and is) lovely…but what on earth does it mean? That’s a bit more difficult to explain. What happens in a Reiki Session? In a traditional Reiki healing the client lies on the table and the practitioner lays hands on him or her in a series of specific hand positions. Recipients often experience the healer’s hands as “hot,” although some people feel tingling or coolness, some see colors or images and some don’t feel much beyond “very relaxed.” No two people experience Reiki in quite the same way and no two sessions are alike. Each encounter with Reiki is a new adventure for practitioner and client alike.
