I worked in leadership roles in the last decade. Since 2014, I have worked remotely as a creative leader at startups. I have scaled and managed remote teams from 5 to 50 and helped remote businesses to go from idea to fundraising as a CMO/COO.
I saw many companies with lousy setup and leadership, which affected their teams, ultimately, their success and growth. The more remote companies launched in recent years, the more bad examples I saw.
While I got burned out working in toxic or badly optimized environments, I also saw the same patterns repeating themselves. So I changed my focus first, stopped working for others, and started working with consulting clients.
My mission is to help and inspire a community of remote leaders who can bring more autonomy, transparency, and leverage to their businesses, ultimately empowering their colleagues to be happier, more independent, and more productive.
