Ramona Cedeno is Founder and CEO of FiBrick, an accounting and fractional CFO services firm founded in 2015. Ramona has guided FiBrick to success through a deliberate focus on the automation and enhancement of financial processes in the technology sector and providing advisory services to business owners in the service sector. Prior to FiBrick, she spent 20+ years as a Financial Controller for small and large organizations. Ramona has a track record of successfully implementing innovative strategies that enhancing the operational and financial performance of her clients.
Through the many services and workshops her firm provides, Ramona takes pride in her innate ability to bring people together to build community, and financially empowering women to build sustainable businesses. She is a proud mentor of the Women Entrepreneurs of NYC (WENYC) initiative where she leads mentor sessions and workshops aimed at helping women start and grow their businesses. Ramona is also a host employer for the Baruch College’s Shadow Partners Program which offers students the opportunity to experience a day at a job site. She is a board member of the New York State Society of CPAs, and an advisory board member for New York State’s Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
Ramona is often invited by various organizations to participate in public speaking engagements and lead workshops focused on personal finances, small business growth strategies, and work-life balance for business owners. She is the author of Simple Choices Big Rewards in Money and the host of the podcast In Great Company.
Ramona holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP) licenses and is a member of the AICPA and the New York State Society of CPAs.
