Raphael Toledano has entered the real estate world in 2009 during a time of a major economic crisis, with no experience or knowledge. Despite the obstacles, he was driven by determination and ambition to succeed. He had been working at Weissman Real Estate. This was a small firm focused only on residential rentals and sales and was based in Lawrence, NY.
The first year at the company served as a school for him. The next few years were a real success for Raphael. After some time, he decided to go out on his own. He was successful enough to hire salespersons and bind deals together. He then closed more deals than ever before and bought a number of properties equaling millions of dollars. This success has given him the opportunity to help others.
Raphael Toledano knows that his real success was from the East Village. He believes that he must give back to his benefactors, and so he supports and maintains The Creative Little Garden- an oasis of tranquility in the East Village in which guests can just sit down and relax. Unfortunately, there are homeless people living in the area as well. Dedicated to his mission to help these individuals, Raphael Toledano is a proud sponsor of food pantries and shelters within the area.
