A motivational presentation designed to help people get from where they are to where they want to be. It does not matter what it is they are trying to accomplish whether it be a career goal, a financial goal or a personal health goal, we all need to stay motivated. Knowledge without action is useless I feel the same way about motivational quotes, if you don't delve into them and see how they apply to you they are nothing but words.

Seniors face an entirely different set of financial issues that I think can only truly be understood by someone who is also facing and working with those same issues. Taxes are different, Health Insurance (Medicare) is different, attitudes towards investing are different. Then on top of that we have so many sales people promoting things such as reverse mortgages, buying precious metals and insurances for everything under the sun. I can cover one, some or all of these topics depending on the time allowed. Love audience participation including long Q & A periods so that I can take the presentation to where the attendees want it to go.

So many people lose money to scammers, especially seniors. This presentation explains many of the present-day scams and how they work and how to avoid them. It also goes further into the subject by talking about how even our governments, lawyers and insurance companies get their hands into our pockets in trying to make our money their money. This presentation is based on my second book which is titled, "Financially Intact". Hundreds of people have heard this presentation and have learned from it and enjoyed it.
