Everyone loves a good triumph over adversity story, it inspires, excites, engages and motivates. When the person with that story is also an expert business woman, award winner, author and thought leader in leadership, you have the elements of a world class keynote.
Rosalind Cardinal has that story.
In 2010 Ros was diagnosed with breast cancer. Her battle to wellness was the catalyst for her to leave her senior corporate role and establish her own successful consultancy business, to live her passion “releasing true potential” in people, leaders and organisations.
Ros’ inspirational business story was featured in the 2014 book “Australian Entrepreneur”, she was a recent winner in the 2015 Edupreneur Awards, was a finalist in the 2015 and 2016 Small Business Champion Awards and was awarded Leadership Coach of the Year – Australia by Corporate LiveWire in their global Innovation and Excellence Awards 2016. She writes for Huffington Post, Leaders in Heels and People Discovery magazine, and appears on radio and podcasts spreading her message about extraordinary leadership. Ros recently published her first book “The Resilient Employee: the essential guide to coping with change and thriving in today’s workplace”.
Ros facilitates, trains, coaches and speaks for businesses of all sizes – Government, Corporates, SMEs and Not for Profits, sharing her knowledge and strategies to inspire them to achieve their best.
Any audience who wants to be inspired, motivated and challenged, who wants to learn how to; thrive in change, lead with authenticity, connect and communicate more effectively, grow their emotional intelligence or create high performing teams will leave Ros’ presentations, workshops and keynotes with game changing ideas and practical tools.
