New fundamental principles of gyroscope theory are based on action of the inertial forces generated by the mass-elements and center-mass of the spinning rotor. These principles are represented by the mathematical models of internal resistance and precession torques of the gyroscope that generated by the centrifugal, common inertial, Coriolis forces as well as the change in the angular momentum.
