In this session, Sami will walk you through how you can stop dreaming of scaling your team from one to many, and start growing; from getting buy-in from your boss, and crafting job descriptions to finding the perfect people, and creating a culture of content-ness that leads to major impact. In 2020, Sami was hired as Eventbrite's sole “UX writer” to support the entire Product org –– with a ratio of 1 to over 30 designers and product managers. She'll share her plan for scaling when there's more work than one person can do.
