In this role, she trained the chief executives and the HR department on how to attract and retain the best female and minority job candidates. Sandra's work helped IBM become one of the top tech related companies for women and minorities to work at. She then became a partner in Multiplicity, which i is a boutique diversity consulting group that has worked with a wide range of companies, such as Cisco, Ford, Darden, Disney, Facebook, and many startup technology firms. After 20 years of consulting with hundreds of companies on strategies for incorporating diversity, Sandra decided to semi-retire so that she could spend more time with her grandchildren. She is now getting reengaged with research and serves on the board of three academic journals. Sandra gives 15-20 speeches a year on topics relating to workforce diversity.
