Sara Causey

Sara Causey is the owner of Causey Consulting LLC and the host of The Causey Consulting Podcast.

She is a Staffing & Recruiting Subject Matter Expert (SME), Candidate Sourcer, Certified Talent Manager (CTM), Certified Human Resources Manager (CHRM), Certified Project Manager (CPM), Certified Employee Engagement Coach (CEEC), Certified Employee Performance Management Coach (CEPMC), and Certified Workplace Coach with more than a decade of experience. She is trained and certified in DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) best practices as well as the most current employer branding trends.

Sara has a Kaizen Yellow Belt in Lean and Just-in-Time recruiting strategies. She is well-versed in Boolean and X-ray searches and I have deep understanding in Agile and Value Stream Mapping practices in recruiting. She's been trained in current best practices for Workforce Analytics & Financial Planning for Human Resources; Employee Turnover Management; New Hire Orientation; and Data Analytics.
