Having survived a dangerous law enforcement career that included 12 years of undercover work and 16 years of SWAT special operations before retiring as a chief of police, Scott was called into marriage and men's ministry.
He and his wife, Leah have blended their family of seven kids and a French Bulldog named Bacon through faith, failures and a refusal to fail.

Having earned a Master of Public Administration and a Ph.D. in Cultural Anthropology, Scott is currently in seminary studies to earn a Doctorate of Ministry. Scott also serves on the team at MarriageToday as the director of content development, and publishing.
