"The Process" is a system that provides structure to all stakeholders in the educational process. By means of "The Process" all involved in a students education are provided with clear expectations as to their role. This way of handling school matters has led to an 85% reduction in discipline referrals at Geary Elementary, where Mr. Buchanan currently sits as principal. This session provides a total behavior system for educational institutions.

This workshop is designed to give solutions to staff members as they try to reach students and parents who may be apathetic in their outlook toward education, struggle with discipline issues, or lack motivation. It features researched based strategies that will improve student behavior and increase test scores!
