Shandra Dawkins is a native Floridian with more than 20 years of senior experience collaborating with emerging and established leaders, boards, employees, and individuals in a diversity of businesses, industry sectors, and social service disciplines. Her blueprints, best practices, and insight combine to define and deliver impactful solutions for companies, organizations, and individuals throughout the United States.
In 1994, Ms. Dawkins was appointed to the Governor’s Task Force on Domestic Violence (FL) and authored the Domestic Violence Intervention Curriculum. She is a 2008 recipient of The Jim Moran Foundation Unsung Heroes Award and a 2011 recipient of the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County Giraffe Award.
Ms. Dawkins holds a Master of Science Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Troy State University (Troy, AL) and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Huntingdon College (Montgomery, AL). She is an approved CEU Provider through CE Broker and holds certifications as a Florida International Volunteer Corps International Trainer, Batterer Intervention Facilitator, Victim Services Practitioner, court-approved Domestic/Family Violence SME (subject matter expert), and Career Coach.
Shandra Dawkins is a member of the National Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Florida Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Georgia Coalition Against Domestic Violence, the Urban League of Palm Beach County (FL), the Palm Beach County National Organization for Women, and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
