For over a decade, Shannon Cohn has produced award-winning feature films with Mangusta Productions, a NYC-based production company. Most recently, she directed Endo What, a feature documentary hailed as "film of the year" by The Guardian and "the first step in a plan for change" by Newsweek. She produced and appears in Sea Nation, a travel adventure series that aired in over 40 countries on Discovery Channel and Nat Geo among others. Before becoming a filmmaker, Shannon lived and worked in west Africa at the largest Liberian refugee camp just after that country's particularly brutal civil war and established health & education initiatives with the UNHCR and Medicines sans Frontieres. Before that, she practiced international law and was part of the legal team that prosecuted Enron. She went to Vanderbilt Univ. Law School and NYU Film School.
