Keeping Keen understanding of the market dynamics,(especially in two-tier and rural sectors), Involved in Franchisee/ Distributor/ Dealer / Retailer Mgmt and Dev. Responsibilities include planning & implementing integrated Mktg sol' ns including product sourcing, pricing, range building, deciding on the company profit, product development, PR /Media mgmt skills and client comm programs.
Presently heading the country operations for an mgmt /Mktg/and a software consultancy firm( a startup established in 2009 Dec ). Last FY we clocked a turnover of 70 cr.
Now I feel it’s high time for me to put this experience and take it to its logical and fruitful direction (conclusion). It has been my long-cherished dream to do something which has a cascading effect on day to day lives of our diverse population. The direction here I am referring to is to take my experience to the remote corners of the globe or the country(as the case may be) in terms of expansion covering the length and breadth of the country thru penetrative distribution strategies thanks to my exposure to rural India (I would have covered 18000 approx villages in my entire career)The change I am looking now is not the role per se but I am looking at a expansion of my role which will impact the larger pop rather than a limited population (Tgt audience which I hope to address in future will be far wider in spectrum than what I was catering to till now), seriously looking for new opportunities across India/Abroad
