The Stress Test
Keynote, Webinar, Session • Half day (4 hours) or full day (7 hours). Keynote version: 45-60 minutes.
A half-day or full-day executive workshop that runs Phase 3 of the Source Protocol live. The leadership team puts their actual initiative on the table and works one question in real time: if we solve this, what breaks next? They leave with a risk register they built themselves and a clear read on whether their initiative is ready to move.

The Source Audit
Training • 4 to 6 weeks
A diagnostic covering Locate, Diagnose, and Stress. Structured listening sessions with the people inside the initiative, a facilitated leadership session that produces the Source Signature (a signed one-sentence problem definition), and a live stress workshop that surfaces what the solution will disturb. The recommendation names which category the problem belongs to, a productivity tool for people, an automated workflow, or an AI-powered product, and which path answers it, including deploying existing tools directly instead of a custom build when that saves the budget. Ends with a clear recommendation, including "do not build this" when that is the honest answer.
