Stephanie Osborn received a B.S. in Finance in 1990 and later went on to receive an M.B.A. with a concentration in Management in 1998, both degrees from Bentley University. She spent the first two decades of her career working for Fortune 50 companies such as Bank of America and CVS, managing Software Quality Assurance in IT. She left the corporate world to follow her passion for health and wellness, specifically utilizing mindfulness to eliminate chronic stress. Stephanie has presented health and wellness trainings to over 1,000 employees since 2016.
After 2 decades working in the fast paced, high stress area of Corporate IT, she chose to follow her entrepreneurial calling to help others reduce and eliminate chronic stress from their lives. She offers classes and workshops that teach simple, effective ways to identify and eliminate chronic stress.
