Therefore it might be more useful to produce the framework to translate ethical principals into things companies can do in the offices.

If we talk about the Board of technology company in order to fulfill the duty of care Board has to understand the technology to the extent when it can analyze and mitigate the risks. Unethical technology is a business risk.
