It is never too late to a new and creating a plan, and having goals and most importantly, feeling and knowing that you are more than enough and deserve new chance is the first steps to success.

The speaker defines the definition of being racist and prejudice and how probable is it that we all are a little both or is that not true. Have we checked ourselves for the irriations that lead us to prejudge one another.

There is a difference one represents an attitude of sheer will and desire and the other is a force action, we have to examine which on will get us further along as a people in society.
