What Tarek does exceptionally well from the front of a room is: he puts himself in your seat. In your shoes. While he may be speaking to 50 or 100 or 300 people, you still get the sense that he's looking at you and trying to solve your problem or give you specific information or introduce a new idea to and for you. When you leave the room, you say to yourself "I feel like I know that guy". Which means you probably don't leave until you go and shake his hand. Not many people can pull that off - but Tarek is one who can and does.
