Thana’a Al Khasawneh is a transformative leader in the private and non-profit sectors in Jordan. She is known as a pioneer in practicing leadership agility and effectively leading organizational change, building teams, and navigating challenging business conversations with a wide diversity expertise in building and restructuring companies. Al Khasawneh worked as a regional fundraiser and development director at Mowgli Mentoring MENA. As a result AlKhasawneh helped in laying solid grounds for mentorship approach in supporting and empowering entrepreneurship in the MENA region and was a key factor in the successful growth and visibility of Mowgli foundation significantly throughout the region.
AlKhasawneh is currently the executive director of the Business & Professional Women Association, which advocates for gender equality and women’s inclusion in the workforce. During which she managed to elevate the association performance and services in achieving higher impact for women in Jordan. Al Khasawneh has held various management and marketing positions at the Sultan Center Food Product Company, KSC-SAFEWAY and the Egyptian Arab Land Bank.
Thanaa is a strong communicator with different facilitation skills that facilitates the dialogue to empower people reaching to strategic and innovative conclusions.
She contributed and still contributes in human capital development initiatives encouraging investment in the mind set and entrepreneurship to improve lives at both the business and personal levels. Her work with entrepreneurs and individuals seeks to open up and dig out their strengths by providing them with access to knowledge, tools and resources and fulfilling their maximum potentials.
In her work, AlKhasawneh shows the importance of personal courage and independent thoughts, energize people to have greater self-belief and speak up , take action to voice their mind and confidently share their perspectives, follow their dreams and be active members of the community.
She shows appreciation for everyone’s achievement and helps to shed light on those productive people in the community in a way to encourage them continue doing what they are doing and also to set as a good example for others to follow and do the same.
