After having invested more than 12 years in learning the art of coaching I am here to give you the tools you need to achieve your goals, whatever they may be. Personal growth is the key to the ideal life that is waiting for you!

Born and raised in Mexico City I worked in Commercial Real Estate as Brand Positioner. After intensive training I became a Life Strategist and Freedom & Mindset Coach. I am also a mom, wife, philantropist, author of the Amazon best-selling ebook Despierta México Está Temblando and started the social movement #IAppreciateMyself with which I empower women towards a path of self appreciation and #IAppreciateYouWoman for men to feel inspired to appreciate women in their lives!

I am certified as a Passion Test facilitator and in Biography Work. My home study programs and workshops are available in English and Spanish. I live in beautiful Santa Fe, New Mexico.
