Decision-making is one of the most critical skills in business and the mindset – our mental game – is its basis. Hence, raising awareness and improving the understanding for the mental game, is crucial for its development and finally – success in business. In this 1-day workshop, the participants explore what decisions are, what the mindset is, its role in decision-making, and how we can improve the mindset. Building on that the participants will apply their new understanding im-mediately using the world´s most known decision-making game poker as a tool. Making decisions at the poker table under business-like conditions allows the participants to experience decision-making in an impactful, entertaining, and vivid way that leads to a sustainable learning experience relevant for business.
