As a team leader and senior instructor with the Tactical Response Group for over 15 years, I have faced and overcome some incredible challenges. Those principles (also used by Special Forces) which helped myself and my team achieve success against all odds can be easily applied to all walks of life. In the aftermath of some of the most intense operations including car rollovers and shootouts with armed robbers, I learned how to build both individual and team resilience, and the importance of utilising both for long term success.
