Dynamic storyteller and former athlete with extensive experience working with women, organizations, sports teams and businesses to develop their teams’ intangibles like group influence and innovation, required to increase the tangibles such as remarkable results and community impact. I am known for her ability to equip individuals, teams, and organizations with tools to leverage leadership, personality strengths and genuine team relationships to better accomplish objectives and vision.
I am a 2016 graduate of the Leadership Hartsville Program, earned an associate’s degree in organizational leadership and supervision and double bachelor degrees in psychology and sociology at Purdue University. I have a master’s degree in student affairs and higher education from Indiana State University.
As a woman who invests in educational capital, I understand my purpose to make positive impact, I am certified to facilitate the Real Colors® Personality Instrument, trained to integrate Clifton StrengthsFinder Assessment and am a certified leadership Speaker, Trainer and Coach with the John Maxwell Team. Additionally, I am a certified Level II Throws Coach through the United States of America Track & Field. I also serve as an Adjunct Professor of Communication at Coker College and an Assistant High School Track & Field Coach in Hartsville, SC.
