Tynesha N. Frazier, MBA … is an experienced administrative professional with a demonstrated history of working in the allied health care industry. She has over 15 years of experience as an Ophthalmic Dispenser (Licensed Optician/Certified Contact Lens Technician) and Office Administrator. Ms. Frazier earned her Associate in Applied Science degree for Ophthalmic Dispensing and Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration from the New York City College of Technology in 2007 and 2013, respectively. She attended the King Graduate School of Business at Monroe College, completing the program and earning her Master of Business Administration in Business Management degree in August of 2017. Ms. Frazier is an active member of Toastmasters International, a nonprofit educational organization that teaches public speaking and leadership skills worldwide. She served as Division C Director for District #119 and Club Vice President Public Relations for OMNI Toastmasters Club #5002. She has also served in various leadership roles at the club and district level for District #46 in Toastmasters as Club President, Club Treasurer, and two-term Area Director, consecutively. Before that, she served on the National Executive Council and, in multiple capacities, on Chapter Executive Boards within the sorority she pledged to during her undergrad years.
Ms. Frazier is a firm believer in on-going learning, personal growth, and building community. She volunteered with New York Cares, a volunteer management organization, serving as Volunteer, Project Team Leader, and Special Events Site Captain. She has earned various academic and leadership awards in addition to being a member of three nationally known honor societies. She holds active membership in two respected Prince Hall masonic auxiliary organizations, as well.
Ms. Frazier aspires to live a life of purpose instead of a life full of regrets. She is a servant leader. Her ambitions for personal growth, the development of others, and leaving a legacy knows no bounds. Her current endeavors consist of professional, personal, and service-based projects that she believes will impact the lives of others.
