CEO | Resilient Leadership Strategist for High-Performing Executives

Diagnosed with Retinitis Pigmentosa at the age of sixteen, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in broadcasting and psychology from the University of Oregon. I went on to work with Oregon News, Good Day Oregon, Good Morning America, and Entertainment Tonight. Each of these broadcasting experiences opened my eyes to hosting and interviewing people – the story behind the story, making connections with each guest, and developing the connection between guest and audience. I loved mining a story for something we could all learn. I soon transitioned into the music industry until my loss of night vision made it difficult to navigate recording studios and the stage. I then went on to start my own real estate business and soon became a top-producing realtor in Los Angeles. Even when vision loss made it impossible to drive, I often rode from two to twelve public buses a day to show different properties. I would prepare for open houses by arriving three hours early to memorize the layout of the house, so I could effectively show it to prospective buyers. As a result, I learned something about myself. I learned that there were no limitations on chasing my dreams if I was willing to work hard. Although I pursued my previous professions with passion, I desired more from life and wanted a career that worked with rather than against my blindness. I obtained my Life Coaching degree from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching. Living Full Out was launched in 2008 with the intention of helping others to realize their dreams. Today, I am a CEO, coach, and motivational speaker, sharing my tools for success with audiences and organizations all around the country. I have presented for organizations such as National Ticketing Association, Boston Scientific, Public Risk Management Association, Braille Institute Library, and National Retail Federation. I have been featured in numerous publications, and I have appeared as a guest on numerous podcasts where I have shared expertise on topics such as leadership, entrepreneurship and business innovation, and how to live a purposeful life. In 2010, I launched Living Full Out with Nancy Solari radio show, today better known as The Living Full Out Show, a call-in radio show where listeners receive tangible advice or listen as guests tell their inspiring stories. Today, The Living Full Out Show still entertains and motivates audiences. In 2015, I was the first blind person to ever host a live-streamed talk show. The uniqueness of that was my ability to memorize information since I could not read a teleprompter, yet, at the same time, I hit all my cues. Along with the growth of Living Full Out, I have gone on to write for many publications, including Entrepreneur, LifeHack, Hubpages, Business2Community, Addicted2Success, Good Men Project, Better Humans, and Thrive Global.

Belkis Clarke-Mitcham
Belkis Clarke-Mitcham

Keynote Speaker · Creator of Human Currency™ · TEDx

Corpus Christi, Texas

5.0

(2)

People leave Belkis Clarke-Mitcham's rooms saying the same thing: that wasn't what I expected, but it was what I needed. She walks into a room of people who look fine. She knows what fine looks like at eleven at night, or two in the morning. It is the person sitting in the car in the driveway, engine off, not ready to go in yet. It is the person asking, again, "What is wrong with me?" "I should be grateful." "I'm so tired." Those are the things she says out loud, plainly. Then she lets them settle, into the place they came from. Belkis built Human Currency™ because she was tired of watching the most valuable people in the room be the least appreciated. The ones who hold the team together, who do not miss a beat, who fill in the blanks and pick up the pieces. The ones who notice what is missing. The ones who give trust again and again, who pay attention, who spend their energy and pieces of themselves all day long and are never noticed for it. She watched them do all of it, and none of it ever showed up on a budget or a review. It shows up later, in the person who used to care and now drags themselves to the end of the day. Just trying to survive the job. She believes people deserve to be honored for who they are, because who they are is the value. Not for what can be gotten out of them. Not for their labor alone. Human Currency™ is how she gives leaders the language to see what their people have been spending, and the means to honor it before it's gone. She spent ten years on air as a television and radio journalist across the Caribbean before she ever stood on a stage. Then a Master's in Human Communication, graduating valedictorian. Then a TEDx talk, "S.O.S. Women Rescuing Themselves," carried by four TEDx organizations in three countries. None of that taught her polish. It taught her to see what a person is not saying, and to say it in a way they can bear to hear. She has spoken for the City of Brownsville, Texas; the Government of St. Eustatius; the University of the Southern Caribbean; the Red Cross in St. Maarten; and leadership and women's rooms across the United States, Canada, Central America, and the Caribbean. "She does not give a talk. She creates a moment." — Lori, Wet Silver Photography, Corpus Christi, 2026 Book her for government and municipal retreats, healthcare and nursing leadership, HR and people-team events, women's professional organizations, and executive retreats. Keynotes: Human Currency™ · The Fraud Complex · Leadership Without Performance.

Tiffany Nugent
Tiffany Nugent

Leadership Coach, Speaker and Leadership Strategist

Louisville, Kentucky

Tiffany Nugent has spent over two decades inside some of the most demanding organizations in the country, leading people strategy at Amazon, Zappos, UofL Health, and beyond. And she learned something the hard way. You can build a high-performing team and burn it to the ground at the same time. That realization didn't come from a book. It came from her own life. After being struck by a car and returning to work three days later, Tiffany began asking a question she couldn't stop asking. When is enough actually enough? That question became the foundation of everything she does now. Today, Tiffany is a leadership coach, speaker, and leadership development strategist who helps leaders build teams that are both high performing and genuinely sustainable. She brings a rare combination of hard-edged organizational experience and deep commitment to holistic wellbeing. As co-founder of Salt Wellness, a thriving wellness center, and a certified sound bath facilitator, she brings a perspective to leadership development that most programs never consider. Real transformation that sticks. Her speaking and workshop style is experiential and grounded, blending evidence-based leadership frameworks with mindful performance strategies. Whether she is keynoting a conference, facilitating an executive offsite, or leading a leadership training, Tiffany creates the kind of honest, reflective space where real change becomes possible and where organizations learn to align culture, wellbeing, and results without sacrificing one for the other. She holds a Cornell Executive Master's in HR and a degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Louisville, and she is a writer and thought leader whose work explores what it means to lead sustainably in today's workplace.
