“If you really want to succeed in your life you have to Let Yourself Off the Hook! Stop trying to solve your problems, achieve your goals and manage your life through force and struggle. This only keeps you stuck. Instead, realise that your problems aren’t your fault. They’re simply the result of using your brain the wrong way.” This is the message of Liam Naden, a transformative teacher, speaker, and author who helps successful people overcome their negative limitations and find fast and practical solutions to their problems. He guides them in resetting their brain and thinking creatively instead of getting stuck in their fear-based fight-or-flight mode. Using a unique science-based method to reset and realign the brain, Liam shows you how to unlock your natural creativity and problem-solving ability, enabling you to discover and live a truly rewarding and fulfilling life. Liam’s own journey has taken him from the successes of being a serial entrepreneur as owner of more than 18 businesses and multi-millionaire - to losing everything and becoming homeless in his mid 40s. It was only as he rebuilt his life and wealth in a much more satisfying way that he realised the missing link to true success: the correct functioning of the human brain. He is now the host of the Let Yourself Off the Hook podcast, a best-selling author and creator of Brain Rebalancing - a process which gets the four parts of the brain working they way they should - and bringing you the success you should have. Through his coaching programs and guest appearances he now teaches individuals from around the world to understand that there’s a more natural way to solve problems in all areas of life. It aligns with the brain’s ability to find creative solutions to challenges rather than attempting to fight against them. When you adopt this mindset, you achieve true and lasting success much more quickly and without the limitations of struggle and stress. As Liam will show you, “True success only happens when you give up the struggle and Let Yourself Off the Hook!”.

Glenn Wayne Trede’s life began in San Diego, California, where he chose a path of reflection and discipline at the age of 17. While many of his peers were focused on adolescence, he entered a monastery and immersed himself in yoga meditation. Those formative years were not an escape but an awakening, instilling in him an enduring awareness of humanity’s unity with the divine. This foundation of spirituality gave him the strength that would later shape his resilience in the face of hardship. At 21, Glenn departed the monastery and stepped into the wider world, but a tragic motorcycle accident soon altered his course. The crash left him with a traumatic brain injury and two broken femurs, beginning a long journey of recovery. Over the following six years, he accepted part-time work in various fields, including aircraft inspection, shipping, and security. Each position, though modest, honed his adaptability and discipline, revealing his determination to move forward in the face of adversity. In 1986, Glenn charted a new course through education, enrolling in a computer technology trade school. He distinguished himself with a 90% GPA, mastering complex systems with intelligence and persistence. This success launched his career as a computer technician, where his problem-solving skills quickly elevated him to a management position. His work earned the trust of major clients, including Southern CA Edison and the Los Angeles Department of Water, and his commitment was proven in high-pressure moments, even cross-country emergency service calls. Glenn Wayne Trede’s personal life was equally eventful. A first marriage in 1992 introduced him to Amway, though the relationship ended abruptly. Three years later, he met the woman who would become his lifelong partner, and together they pursued new ventures. Their endeavors ranged from managing rental properties to operating an award-winning Chinese restaurant, showcasing their entrepreneurial drive and ability to balance vision with hard work. Each venture reflected his commitment to excellence and his belief in seizing opportunities. Despite professional success, Glenn’s deepest passions continued to anchor him. His spiritual practice and love of nature shaped his approach to life, whether through gardening, surfing, or exploring aeronautical and maritime sciences. Sports and outdoor activities reminded him of his youth, while intellectual curiosity continued to fuel his growth. His story stands as a testament to resilience, lifelong learning, and the integration of spirituality with worldly achievement, inspiring others to face challenges with faith and adaptability.

Victor Sheverda is a Construction Project Manager in Greater Denver, managing commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management. He has earned the Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification, which reflects his ability to guide construction projects using disciplined, standardized methods. He combines a solid foundation in field operations with structured project management practices to deliver efficient and cost-effective outcomes. His career in construction began at a young age through involvement in his family’s business, which specialized in building custom homes. The company used Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) technology to create sustainable, energy-efficient structures. That early exposure to responsible building methods shaped his long-term dedication to sustainability. ICF homes offer notable advantages such as resistance to fire, pests, rot, and natural disasters, all of which continue to influence his approach to commercial building. He gained valuable experience during three summer internships with a large construction company, working on significant projects that helped him develop practical skills. After graduation, he transitioned into commercial construction, first serving as a Project Engineer and then advancing to Assistant Project Manager with a general contractor in Colorado. In this role, he manages subcontractor coordination, client relationships, and overall project execution while ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. His qualifications include certification in Agile project methodology, which allows him to break projects into smaller units or sprints. This method supports ongoing client feedback and makes it easier to adjust to project changes, particularly in complex or high-stakes environments. His ability to control scope, timelines, and risk has made him an asset in extensive and detailed construction efforts. He spent part of his childhood in Hawaii, where he developed a deep respect for nature, and later moved to Colorado, where he attended Cherokee Trail High School. He was active in academics and athletics, becoming a four-year varsity tennis player and qualifying for regional and state championships multiple times. He began college studying Civil Engineering but later transferred to Colorado State University, where he graduated with a 3.78 GPA. While there, he was a Sigma Lambda Chi Honor Society member and consistently made the Dean’s List. Victor Sheverda's professional experiences during college included internships on significant projects such as Market Station, RidgeGate Campus, and the U.S. Capitol Building restoration, which remains one of his most memorable contributions. Following graduation, he worked on the National Western Center Campus Energy project as a Project Engineer, contributing to developing North America's most extensive sewer-heat recovery system.
